• you"ll be on the assembly floor inspecting drivetrain components, verifying parts quality, and ensuring our production systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, velocity, and cost.
• The ideal candidate combines a 'gearhead' mentality with an Industrial Manufacturing Engineering degree/ experience. You"ll serve as the critical link between physical assembly and system-level optimization-auditing product, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with multiple functional areas to implement effective solutions.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong internal network across manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, product support engineering, and supply chain.
